- JM isn't actually a scheduler, just a simple task manager, and it
- has some design flaws that make it incompatible with some software.
- Executive has some problems with some buggy software, but not
- because of system illegal programming. These problems can be
- very easily be solved though, so Executive will work with all
- Amiga software.
-
- Executive has a REAL task scheduler that automatically adjusts task
- priorities based on their recent CPU usage, system load and task's
- nice-value. The goal is to make the system more usable by granting
- as much CPU time as necessary to non-CPU intensive interactive tasks
- and running CPU intensive tasks in the background.
